Created in 2015 by the artist and activist, Diariata N'Diaye, App-Elles® is developed by the association Resonantes in order to become an international tool, complementary to the call to the emergency services, single entry point to of all existing aid and resource searches.
The Resonantes association is a non-profit association of general interest, which finances its work through partnerships, patronage, grants and donations.
